We collect the minimum of personal data needed to run the site. The web server records a standard access log for every page view — IP address, user agent, referring URL, response code and the number of bytes served. These logs rotate on a weekly schedule and are kept for 30 days for debugging and abuse detection, after which the raw files are deleted. The site sets a small number of first-party cookies: a consent flag that records whether you accepted analytics, a dark-mode preference and an age-gate dismissal flag. None of these cookies carry personal data; they are plain yes/no values with a short expiry. If you write to the editorial inbox, the message and any attachments are stored in the mail archive together with your reply thread. We do not run a reader registration form, do not sell newsletters and do not ask you for a phone number anywhere on the site. We never store payment card data, operator passwords or copies of identity documents even when a reader attaches them to a complaint; those files are deleted from the inbox once the file is closed.
The server access log is used to see which pages are useful, which pages load slowly on mobile and which pages are abused by scripted traffic. Analytics data is aggregated — page views, bounce rate, average time on page, the geographic bucket at country level — and is not joined to any identifier that would single out an individual reader. Email sent to the inbox is used to answer the reader and, if the thread describes a payment issue with an operator, to update the review page with a dated edit note. The edit note is anonymous: the reader's name and account ID are not published without written consent on the reply thread. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not share it beyond what this notice lists. We do not use any of the data to run profile-based advertising. The only outbound signal that leaves the site in your name is a short-lived affiliate cookie that the destination operator uses to credit a referral — described in the next section.
Analytics, hosting and the embedded comment widget are provided by third parties. Each has its own privacy notice; links are collected at the bottom of this page and we check them twice a year to make sure they still point to the current version. If a provider changes its terms in a way that affects what the site collects, the change is announced in the next cookie banner and the dated edit note at the top of this page. Affiliate links set a short-lived cookie on your device so the operator can credit the referral; nothing on our side stores the result, and we do not get back any detail about who you are, which account you opened or what you deposited beyond an anonymous commission report. The commission report lists a batch count — how many accounts opened in a given week — and the total commission paid. Payment processors we use for the business side of the project — invoicing, payroll, hosting fees — see only the information needed for the invoice and do not touch the editorial inbox.
The site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18 and remove any account or message that identifies a minor. The age-gate notice on the first visit asks you to confirm that you are of legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction; the flag is stored client-side and does not leave your device. If you believe a child has sent us information through the inbox, write to the editorial inbox with the thread ID and the date, and we will delete the thread immediately and send a confirmation back. If an operator you follow from one of our links has, in your view, failed to verify your age properly, flag it to us and to the operator's regulator; we take those reports seriously and will note them in the review. No marketing material on this site is aimed at minors. We do not use cartoon imagery, celebrity endorsements popular with teenagers or any messaging that would suggest gambling is a shortcut to wealth.
